nope sorry, could be blood, or some fluid from your inside.. don;t think it means much - unless its in large quantities or if you experience any pain.

Water fasting is unhealthy, and only makes you lose water. How can you lose fat by just drinking water? It makes no sense.

To lose weight you have to exercise, and eat meals so you can get the energy to exercise, otherwise you'll collapse or have a heart attack. You're essentially killing yourself.

You don't care that other people care? Okay, don't take my advice, do things your own way - you'll realise I'm right eventually.
