I don't understand, he seems to be a winger or an attacking midfielder, if United where to sign him to play on the wing this would be pointless as we have many great wingers (Valencia, Young, Nani) so he would be a waste or we would waste another player in an already contested role!

Secondly if he was purchased to play as an attacking midfielder what was the point in signing Kagawa as they are very similar players?!? I can see Kagawa paying in a kind of Centre Forward role behind Rooney, but we still need a Central Midfield Play maker which Lucas is NOT! hes someone who can get past players and score which we don't need. As far as is see it i think there is no point unless Fergie has a plan and i wont doubt him. Finally there something about United and South Americans they never seem to have lived up to their potential (Veron, Kleberson) they also may need some time like Anderson, Rafael and Fabio! We need an immediate fix an i don't think Lucas is the correct option!

i think its such a stupid thing for a club of that high quality to be playing so badly due to being sloppy, im not going to take away from how United are top of the league with the amount of injuries is unbelievable but i just don't understand how does a team become sloppy and how is it stopped?

he shows alot of good attributes, but he just makes the wrong decisions sometimes, he showed what he could do at the end of last season, and now that he finally has got a chance i hope he can finally shine, I always liked him as a player, but he never really got the chance to show his talent off...

Ive heard a few people say that he could have been bought to play in centre attacking midfield, and that he has played there before for villa, could this be a possibility?

I remember seeing him write manys of bad things about Chico on Answers this season, and i even made a question about "How can a Manchester United fan hate chicharito" it was aimed towards K.Patel, has he noticed that he can be wrong, or is he still too stubborn to change his mind even after what Chicharito has done for us this season...

I mean with the "Football supposedly is in crisis" over the bribery accusations which are engulfing Fifa, and with players having massive Ego's thinking that there are better than everyone else, Also Players new craze of sleeping around. Other things like People taking over football clubs and ruining them, and the biggest thing the money involved in football. Modric has had a great season at Tottenham, and has got no credit at all, Wasn't heard of in PFA player of the year at all, or other awards. He has been so great this season and has got no credit at all. He deserves alot more...

(I know this happened a while ago) that Barcelona became one of the greatest teams of all time when they got rid of the 2nd highest paid for player in the world (Ibrahimovic) after one season, LOL, Like what a useless excuse of a player, ruining truly great football teams. I can't believe how much they spent on him, and Eto'o was twice the player Ibrahimovic was, Such an over-rated piece of crap.
