  • Does Kanye really have a belt in two classes, as referenced in the song 'Gorgeous'?

There's no question I would not want to tangle with him however, I wonder if this is true, what level he has attained and which styles he is proficient in.

  • If you have bad credit on one credit card can you still have good credit on the others..?

Lets say one card is near maxed out and I'm late or have had trouble making payments..while the other has always been paid on time an has a low balance or zero. Will one company reporting me to credit bureau cause my credit limit on the good card to be lowered or the interest rate increased?

  • Once Again: How many hundred billion dollar bankruptcies, bailouts, or gov't interventions occured w Clinton? ?

    Or any other democratic administration...?

First a little math: 4 trillion national debt under Reagan/Bush, 4 trillion added under W. (last 6 years) 400 billion deficit, plus 100 billion for fannie mae, 85 billion AIG, and now (drum roll...700 billion for rescue of our 'fundamentally strong' financial system...

I just can't recall anything on this level when democrats were in the white house (but then again we never passed tax cuts while paying for two wars)

FDR and Clinton inherited worse economies and turned them around. why can't the grand ol' party of business do that?

THis explains why for 70 years the public trusted democrats more with the economy..

(answer: you don't put the foxes to guard the hen house)

I am having to post this again because apparently republicans don't like to be reminded of this fact and would rather report me for feigning profanity or pg-13 language.

So pretty please, with sugar on top: List any major corporate malfeasance, stock market crash, corporate bail-out bankruptcy or any other dismal economic event remotely on the level of what were are going through this week (or the last 8 years.. that occurred with a democrat as president.

    (And a few talking points:

    -Depression began under Hoovers watch

-Oil crisis of 70's was not so different in real dollars terms than what we were paying this year

-'Recession' of 2000 was really after Clinton left office.

    just a few caveats

  • Literary Question: Does anyone see any similarities between todays two political parties.........?

    ...And H.G. Wells 'Time Machine'?

Here I'm referring to 'evolution' of the human race into the peace-loving terrestrial race and their sub-terranean, meat eating counterparts...

As mentioned, this question alludes to an actual book you might be expected to have read to post an intelligent response to the question.

But don't worry if you are a republican or conservative who hasn't read that work of literature or anything else other than Ayn Rand and doesn't cognate the caricature of the natures of our two parties. You can still watch Mel Gibson's Ransom, narrated by Gary Sinise for a quick synopsis of what to expect.)

What do you think the author was trying to say about the class system or capitalist politics of that era or our own if you think it fits..

  • Did John McCain's performance on the view win him any votes?

    (I mean among middle, not 'fringe' america..that ACTUALLY hadn't already made up there mind about him or against Obama.}

Did this change your opinion of him or 'increase your amount of respect' for the man?

I know that this question was asked in one form or another already but I hope people will have seen this in making their vote.

And I just want all of you to know that i have actually spent a christmas and thanskgiving and summer playing soccer in the early 90's when I was 10 in Wasilla Alaksa and I will say it was a very town..with no view of Russia from it..

I need to find for my mom a clean and inexpensive place to stay in Dublin close to the airport (i.e. hostel) that is easy to get to at night by either bus or subway/train and would be also comfortable for someone of middle age (in other words not too noisy..)

Any recommendations for a few nights? Thanks!

  • Natural shower sponge vs. generic?

Recently I came to be the owner of a natural bathroom sponge..you know made from a sea plant or animal (not sure which) I know its cool and all and I have heard that they last longer and are mold resistant but I am wondering if there are any other benefits or advantages...Do they (soft ones) have the same or better exfoliating/softening benefits for your skin as loofahs or plastics scrubby sponges.. ?

i want to feel more proud of my purchase so I would appreciate some reviews from longtime users..also tell me if you know how much one costs in the U.S.

  • Luton to Heathrow- how much time needed?

My mom wants to know if she would have enough time to catch a 430pm flight from Heathrow to LAX if she lands at Luton at noon. I understand the bus/coach is the best option but how long (time with traffic) is the journey? And I'd appreciate if you could tell me which line is the cheapest (national express or other). And also how is the current check in situation at the London airports? Are there still considerable delays, (meaning that you need to arrive much earlier for flgihts to te U.S)? Thanks!!

  • How about Wes Clark? ...What do you think of him?

Amid all the speculation about 2008 I wonder what people out there think about Gen. Clark and his chances to round out the ticket? Everytime I have seen him speak I've been very impressed. Is he electable? Should he be campaigning more? Remember he did win a state Oklahoma (just like Edwards in '04) and he is said to be close to the Clintons. Would he be helpful to someone like Hillary in getting more crossover/independants?

Also If you dont like him mention if you have ever heard him speak or know something of his biography.
