I have my laptop plugged into the telly via a VGA cable. Got the picture up no probs but can't get sound onto the telly.

Any idea's would be appreciated thanks.

I have a Durabrand freeview set top box, which has been working fine since I bought it, but has stopped working today. When I get the info up for each channel, it has a picture of a little key which indicates the channel is locked. All of my channels are not working.

Any suggestions?

I have rebooted it and checked the connections are all correct and in properly.

Is anyone else puzzled by the fact the big issue seems to be sold by foreign people who cannot speak english, who obviously have not been in this country for a great deal of time?

Not saying everyone who sells it is, but I have noticed loads over the last few weeks.

I was wondering, is it better to go for a run in the morning before breakfast rather than going at night which I have been doing.

I find it hard sometimes at the end of the day.

Cant stop my fingers burning!

Every time I go I end up with cramp in both feet. Just starting out swimming again after a year out, and it's driving me mad and cutting my swim sessions short.

Even when I eat good wholesome foods, low GI foods, I am still feeling hungry. Think it's the psychology of wanting what cant have. Any ideas on how I can take my mind of food?

Only want to lose a stone but finding it soooooooo difficult.
