A minor surgical procedure is the ultimate treatment for this condition. However a certain amount of relief and alleviation of symptoms can be obtained by avoiding constipation.

An anal fissure or fistula is something you need surgery to get rid of. They will slice the fissure down the side, opening up the entirety to the surface so that it can drain and heal or, if it is too high up for that, they will run a suture through it to hold it open so it can drain and heal closed around the suture.
Without surgery, it will just continue to get infected, refill and reopen on a regular basis. Topical bactroban ointment will make it heal closed, but it will just open again later on. The problem is you can't get to the open which is way up there. This allows the fissure to repeatedly get re-infected. Go see a doctor and let him explain it to you and then make an appointment for appropriate treatment.

Unfortunately I have the same problems, I am sorry to say there is no over counter remedy, on that prescribed by your Doctor, it would be best if you have fibre diet and try avoid constipation. That is all I have been told, why don't you ask your chemist they may be able to recommend something to help you.
I hope this has been of some help to you.
Good luck

I would just say make sure you keep it clean. My daughter had a problem with a few of these because she was straining to use the bathroom, the Dr said to just make sure it stayed clean and dry and it would heal on its own. If it isn't very deep then I don't see why putting Neosporin or some kind of antibiotic ointment would hurt it. I would read the back of the tube before you do this. Good luck.

The most common causes of hemorrhoids are straining during bowel movements and obesity. Follow these essential hemorrhoid prevention tips and you may not even have to delve into any hemorrhoid treatments https://tr.im/F36pU
If you’re straining during bowel movements, there is no doubt that you are suffering from constipation, and obesity only heightens your chance of experiencing these digestive issues. The best solution for hemorrhoids is to not have them at all!

There are no treatments over the counter per se, it can really only be treated surgically. Consult your GP.

you need anti biotics. That is the only remedy and dont wait too long. I had one and waited for too long and eventually I was not able to walk. Get some stool softeners to ease poo passage, get some supositories to lubrucate the area, but you must get those anti biotics from a doc. I hope this helps.
