I bought a Cat C VX220 and have written it off. What should the insurance company offer me if say the value of a "Clean" car without a Cat C/D is £9000??

My Landlord served a Section 21 noitice on the day we moved in (a common thing for Landlords to do as it means they have already served notice and can get posession of their property at the end of the 12 month period easily) She has just served another Secion 21 notice but finishes nearly 2 months after the date of the first one. We are happy to leave at the end of the tenancy (at the end of the first Notice period) but which one is actually legally binding? Can we still leave at the end of the first notice?

I'm looking to change my fashion style in terms of my clothes as I'm in a bit of a rut. I'm a UK size 14 so quite curvy and busty. I like funky alternative styles and anything that looks designer (not designer prices though as I'm only a student). My usual style is just jeans and t-shirts although I want to be more stylish and look smarter. Any suggestions of stores (preferably ones with websites) that must be based in the UK would be greatly appreciated. I'm particularly interested in knowing about designer jeans, vintage style t-shirts, killer heels etc. I'd love to find a nice black pencil skirt also. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I need to source a copy of 'Time in Animal Behavior' by M., Richelle & H., Lejeune from 1980 for my psychology module next term which is for my psychology degree. I have tried the usual places like eBay, Amazon along with several other online book stores but the book is out of print now apparently. Anyone got a copy they want to sell or know of where I could find one? Thanks!

I have just had my application for a passport returned as I do not know my fathers date & place of birth & I do not have my mothers birth certificate - how do they expect people to have this when their mother was born over 63 years ago!? Surely the fact that I have my own birth certificate is enough proof that I am British? I can prove my education has been only in the UK & even give my national insurance number & NHS number yet simply because I do not have my fathers information I can't apply for a passport! How ridiculous is that!!
