Old Bills where to start?

I would like to pay on my Nimo bill I owe and it states on my report that they do not expect payment. Its like $2800.00 and I first off would like them to wave the late fees and I would pay the rest in full. The question is will they pull it off my credit report after I pay it and also do you think they would reduce it. Thank you for your help**************************...

ps I am also looking for a company to help me with this but it seems to be that either you can get a layer to help with bankrupsy or credit concalidaters to make payments. Is there anyone else that just helps pay old bills in full with some bargening on my behalf?

Trying to do the timing on 94 cutlass supreme 3.4 liter duel overhead cam motor says in manual to turn the cam shaft so the "flats" are facing up. What ar the 'Flats"? of the camshaft?

I want to put out there that the school system needs to teach more life skills and trades and cost of living compared to income to type of job. High school was a joke and chose who they would suport to get further edj. and asured the rest we would be fine. I feel I was misguided and robed from a good life.
