use warm salt water right now please don`t wait this will start to pull the infections out immediately and can give you a moment of some pain relief. keep washing/ rinse the mouth swish the salt water over the tooth... can someone go get you some i ambusol to put on it, do you have any clove oil in the house or mash us some cloves and pack in the tooth. rub this on the gums also. maybe your neighbor has some of these products. I know this hurts i am sorry you are in pain. I hope you have some one to help you.
