Im making salsa with fresh tomato's. Should I take the skin off my tomato's before tossing them in the food processor?
I just picked the tomato's from my garden.

No, just use them without peeling them.

Tomato skins and seeds are a problem when making cold sauces. Cut an X in the NOT STEM bottom end of the tomato. Throw the tomato into boiling water for a minute or two, then remove and cool. Capture the skin at the X with a knfe and your thumb. Peel off skin, tjhen half the tomato vertically, and squeeze out the seeds and liquid. Use what's left in your Pico or Salsa.

As a "rule of thumb" if a tomato is cooked I will remove the skin as the skin never gets soft and it does not have a great texture. If the tomato is going to be left raw I will leave the skin on.
If the tomatoes are real juicy I do like removing a lot of the seeds and juicy part before I chop it so whatever I am making does not get "watered" down.

'tomato's' what? ...

No, the food processor will take care of the skin. Also many vegetables carry a large portion of their nutrients in their skin.

Salsa = yes
Pico de Gallo = no. If making pico de gallo, your food processor will need to chop not blend.
