Some males haven't started yet, but your crush isn't one of them. He has too many reasons for why he doesn't masturbate. Believe me, he does. Any male who has had sex or who has an ex is experienced at masturbating.
Instead of denying that he masturbates, he would do better to accept masturbation as normal, healthy, and fun, and even necessary for male sexual health.

Certainly a few guys for religious or personal reasons don't masturbate, but a lot of guys who claim they don't probably do it and just consider it embarrassing or something you would not admit to anyone else.
