If you believe the rumors we hear on the news then you can rest assured that Obama has more detailed information. Why is that important??? Two weeks ago Hillary had a private meeting with Obama, I think the subject was what they would do if she indeed gets indicted. I suspect the plan is for Hillary to come out against some of Obama's policies so she doesn't look like she's in his pockets and when the dust settles on her charges Obama will commuting or what ever a President can do to give someone a pardon of sorts before they are convicted or it may be that after conviction Obama may just pardon her from penalty because he can..

As long as the Attorney General is owned by Barack Obama, then NO. Once the Republicans take the White House, a new administration MAY try, but there is little benefit in prosecuting a 68-year-old woman.
