is it easier to get admitted into a school that you are in Its state,?
I just got out of military training and am planning on attending Oklahoma state university in January. I am taking my test on the 12th of December for my ACT. My highschool unweighted GPA wasn t that good (2.95). I am wondering that if I I did well on my act such as a 24+ and being in state and had taken multiple advanced classes in highschool (AP) would all that increase my chance of acceptance and could I even make the deadline for application?
would Military service assist me any as well?

depends, if the school wants out-of-state kids, then you are out of luck. But if u go out of state to a college that wants out-of-state people, you are good to go, they want the diversity. shoot for non-athletic, small schools too.
