How do I tell the manager that I can't work Sundays?

I was filling my first application and I forgot to fill in that I can't work Sunday or at least those hours. While I was filling  other applications I forgot to tell them the whole time. I am getting trained today. How can I tell her now?

Apologize for omitting that important detail and tell her.  It may cost you the job if they needed someone for Sunday shifts.
