Most animals due to wild instincts such as cats will naturally hide any illness such as so they don't appear an easy target to predators , after a few days they will show there illness since its gotten worse, sounds like the kitten is most probably weak from dehydration and also diarrhea comes as a result and can cause strain to the point it pees blood take it to the vet or it will most likely die

And the kitten is not at the vet's office now for what excuse? Obviously the kitten is sick and has been - blood in pee/poop is not something you just hope things are ok and not do anything. Get the kitten to the vet today or let it die at home.

Blood in the urine means a bladder infection. This can be pretty serious if not treated. Get the kitten to the vet or he will get REALLY sick. Simple antibiotics can help if this is what is wrong, but ignoring it will end you up in the emergency vet, OR WORSE.

The kitten could die if she does not take it in. Tell her thanks for helping this defenseless kitten, in a season of giving.

Get the kitten to the vet NOW. Failure to do so will likely result in the death of the kitten.
