My policy covers rental car coverage, but I m afraid that if I get into an accident I ll still be required to pay a deductible and have my rates increased. I ll mainly be driving around Massachusetts for 8 days and it is a no-fault state (whatever that means). Should I add insurance to my rental car or just use the policy I currently have. Yes, much of my driving will be in Boston which I know has horrible drivers.

I don't have sleep apnea. I get tired when sitting, doing nothing, but don't fall asleep like one does with narcolepsy. Could it be the quality of sleep I get, as I kick and move around in my sleep? I can sleep 11 hours or 5 hours and feel the same. My body is just so tired, and when I sit and do nothing I get super tired way easy. At night I can fall asleep within like 2 minutes most nights.

It looks like I'm due for a new oxygen sensor. Earlier this year I had my timing belt, water pump, valve cover gasket, and wheel cylinders replaced. What else should I start to expect? And yes, I do my maintenance on time :-)

I'm on a limited budget, so any advice will help. My sister and I will be flying in from CA or NV. I'll also be renting a car. I know to book the plane tickets once I get my time off approved at work. But I don't know much else.

I want to build my credit even further. On Credit Karma my lowest score is 694. I have two credit cards right now, once I use and one I have paid off,l. I have used between a third and a half of my available credit. My car is getting older, so I wonder if another credit card will help my score even more as I plan on purchasing a new car within a year. One more thing, I have a bankruptcy that is 5 years old, a Dr collections that is about 4 years old, and collections for Internet service that is about 6 months old (I was lied to and the company refused payments). Yet, my Best Buy card is payoff off and I was never late, and my other credit card through my bank, I pay well above the minimum each month and on time. Thanks and God bless.

My dad needs dialysis otherwise he will probably pass away within a matter of weeks. We cannot get him to consent to any medical intervention. He is also not in a right state of mind. Outbursts of anger and confusion. Yet when the emt's arrived, they said he was okay. He'd have to sign paperwork for power of attorney. How can I get him to seek the medical care since the toxins from his kidneys not working are messing with his brain. He has also been on psychiatric drugs in the past, even before this happened. My cat had his glands expressed yesterday. It has been over 24 hours and he still won't groom himself down there. He's gone to the bathroom like 5x, (he usually goes only like 2-3 a day) and two of those were really small. I had to help him clean himself. And now he just tried to go and nothing came out, yet he sat on the carpet and there was a tiny bit of really soft bowel on the carpet. I had to clean the carpet and him. He acts like he's about to groom himself and just stops. He scooted his bottom on my mattress and left skid marks so that's why I brought him in, that along with him deciding he wants to have 75% of his bowel movements on the carpet and not his box. Is his behavior considered normal a day after an expression? He is about 1 years old, neutered domestic shorthair. He's 13.9lbs, but the tech said he isn't overweight, so he's just a big cat.

I accidentally left my Pur (like Brita) pitcher out and my cat knocked it down. He played with the filter part. There was cracks and I'm afraid he may have eaten the carbon and whatever else was inside. Can that harm him?

I worked for Walmart almost 10 years ago. I quit in 2006. When I quit I knew to give a 2 week notice, but I didn't know it had to be in writing. So I told my supervisor that I was going to leave in 2 weeks. On my last day my shoulder was bothering me so I asked if I could go home early since it was my last day. I received a letter few weeks later that I walked off the job. I've reapplied numerous times since then. Once the manager at a store said he couldn't find my app. How do I know if I've been blacklisted, and bonus if you know how I can get off the blacklist. Thanks and God bless.

They are threatening to send me to collections and have it go against my credit and refusing to accept a payment plan. I'm trying to pay down what I owe, but they would rather send me to collections. I know if I pay every month they cannot legally do that. Where in the law books can I find the specific law against what they are doing? I want to personally show them and show the BBB as they are lying to them as well.
