BBQ Smoker Thermometers?

I know of thermometers where you can leave a prob in the smoker, and then bring another with you so you don't have to hoover of the grill. But I recently heard about one that also has an app with it so that you can get temperature notifications sent to your phone. Does anyone know what I am talking about, and if you do do you have any suggestions of brands or stores or online sites to buy them?

    I have seen these. Do a search on Amazon.com.

    There are some that have a remote unit and there are others that you can use with a smart phone.
