Is paranoia like this normal?

Not Normal.

perhaps there's something in your past that makes you paranoid like this?

my friend is like this, he's always paranoid as heck and tripping about about other cars with tinted windows or snipers in the hills or on rooftops... and he call me i crazy because i sometimes act psycho? He's the crazy one! but I understand why he feels what he feels, he grew up in a poor environment, he got sucked into dangerous stuff in the past, got enemies, he's been shot at and jumped, so being hyper-paranoid like that is understandable.

Heck I'm paranoid too, although I can't pinpoint why. I've got nothing to fear, but I sleep with a loaded handgun under my pillow. The chances of me actually needing it are about as high as me winning the lottery. from a rational point of view, it's simply crazy & paranoid. But I think I need it, and it lets me sleep soundly at night.

Perhaps that's just from letting yourself relate to thing types of things.. Perhaps if you watch a lot of movies, shows, read stories, hear about.. etc.. those types of things.. your brain is recreating them from memory and relevance.. So to improve in other sections.. and create more likeable stuff.. just be around better things.. Also whenever it happens, pay mind else where.. like think of something else entirely..

Also ensure that your around good influences in your life because certain influences can really play an effect..

Not really. Just say this to yourself: Nothing bad is going to happen". I guarantee you you wont get kidnapped or someone will shoot you

dunno whether or not it's normal but it does keep me on edge a little when i see lowriders go past me. this is what society does to people lol
