You can braise the chicken leg quarters with the swiss chard or the kale. The problem with these ingredients is Swiss chard, Kale, and spinach are VERY similar veges. and they are very bland. So, I've done some tomato, kale, and chicken leg quarter braises that have turned out well, so if you have some tomato in a can or even tomato sauce/paste, you can make a nice dish with that. I'll assume you do.
Braised Chicken leg quarters with greens
Marinate chicken if you want. Brown the chicken in large pot or dutch oven, pull it out. Saute some garlic and onions until fragrant, add in Kale/Swiss chard and saute until softened a tad. Season to help extract some water. Then replace chicken. Add tomatoes (or paste/sauce to your hearts content). Cover with chicken stock or water with bouillon. Braise (As in low flame on stovetop, or put whole dutch oven in medium-low heat in oven) Let cook until Kale/Swiss Chard is VERY soft, and chicken is done. Serve over rice, noodles, or even mashed potatoes.
Also, a pet peeve of mine. I HIGHLY DOUBT you have every seasoning known to man. If you're in the US, you probably have Italian and French seasonings (Parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, celery seeds, fennel seeds, chili flakes, nutmeg etc), and maybe some cajun/creole/southwest stuff (Paprika, chili powder, cayenne, hot sauces, etc). Do you have the Indian spices? (Tumeric, Cumin, Garam Masala) How about Chinese? (Star anise, szechuan peppercorns, ginger, goji berries, soy sauce, etc) Or the Japanese? (Bonito flakes, seaweeds of all kinds, rice wine vinegar) Or coming back closer to home, how about Latin cuisine? (Dried or canned Chilies/Aji or Aji Sauces, Limes, coconut milk, Tarwi, cilantro/coriander and their seeds) I have pretty much everything I mentioned and a LOT more. I don't consider myself to have every spice known to man. So... Don't say you do.

I would chop the onion and potatoes and bake them with the chicken and some seasonings. Do you have any other veggies? The greens could make the base for a nice salad

season your chicken quarters , with olive oil and poultry seasoning on both sides, place a piece of foil in your roasting pan, and roast at 350 f, 45 minutes, till juices in chicken are clear. the onions should be thick sliced and roasted with the chicken , the potato's thin sliced and roasted also. the other veggies should be washed dried than steamed until wilted drizzled with olive oil, and a sprinkle some salt on them.

Maybe a spinoff of the classic green beans and new potatoes, and some sauteed chicken? Sounds yummy lol
