Increasing body weight strenght - how?

I want to join a Circus Training School in my hometown. I am very good at tumbling, but my strength is horrible.

The requirements are:

20 Deadhang Pull-Ups

20 Hanging Leg Raises

Climb a rope in L-Hang position

Press Handstand form P-Bars

Planche for 3 secs

I am a girl, I can do 3 Pull-Ups and 1 Leg-Raise. I have 1 year time to achieve these skills.

I am now wondering how I should start working for it. I go jogging 3 times a week for 45 minutes and have tumbling training 3 times a week for 2 hours. But we don't do strength.

I eat healthy, clean and try to get in a lot of protein.

Should I do a 1 hour workout of body weight exercises every day at home?

Or go to the gym 3 times a week for 2 hours? Will weight lifting help?

I have no idea and there is noone I can ask! I feel so lost with my dream. I want to work hard, I have all requirements, all I lack in is stregth - it so bad! Do you think I can achieve it? I have exactly 13 months to get there - then they close the application for 5 years before they start a new one.

Please help me, I really wanna do it!

    A basic weight-lifting "strength training" regimen should help. However, these are very specialized gymnastics-type requirements.

    Your best bet would be to find a gymnastics trainer or gym. Running will do nothing for this sort of work.

    "Tumbling" generally involves rather basic moves... This sort of thing comes under the types of things that gymnasts train for.
