Capacitance with resistance?

Starting with a resistance 4k Ω If I want to get a time constant of 70ms. What capacitance should I use? Preferably in Microfarads?

    Time constant = Resistance * Capacitance

    Tao = R*C

    Tao/R = C

    (.07 sec) / (4000 ohms) = .0000175 F

    = 17.5 µF
