What should I do? I'm at a very confusing stage in my life.?

I am 23 years old.. I have a four-year degree. I had a great job in the field I liked but left because it was for a non profit and I felt very burnt out. I took on an opportunity with higher pay, benefits, in a different field although still working with undeserved communities. I also left the non profit for the public sector. Now in this position, I don't feel challenged at all. It's a drag to go to work everyday. I feel that I am not utilizing my skills at all and it's not my passion so I found. My passion I found is to work with youth, to work with low income communities, to serve others but especially through education. What should I do? I have only been on the job for a short couple of months. Should I do AmeriCorps for a year in the non profit sector where I will gain skills and do something I am passionate about? Or grad school? In what? Or apply for other jobs? I am considering all of the above.. but I feel so low. I feel like I messed up my career. I am networking and volunteering for a no n profit I would LOVE to work for but I don't feel it's enough. Advice? Help!

Would it be possible for you to keep your well paying job, whilst contributing to your community in your own spare time? That way you can challenge yourself off work, so that going to work, might not seem like such a pointless activity. But I mean it depends on how much of an increase in pay it is I guess.

I hope this helps. If I was you, firstly I would do grad school and see how it goes. If it doesn't work, I would search for a new job. A job that is reasonably enjoyable and provides a reasonable pay. I do not have my dream job, I don't care though, I just care about being able to pay my bills. :)

I'd stick with the higher paying job
