Ir you already have asked your specific questions about the position:

Ask how they got started at the company

Ask what the best and worst thing about their job is

Ask what happened to the last person that had your job and ask if you can talk to them

Ask what an average day is like in your position at the job

Ask what the company culture is.

Ask how the recession has effected their business and how they are coping with it.

Ask who their biggestcompetitorr is and how they are striving to outsell/out produce them

Ask about their strategic plan for the future (the methodology they are using to improve their business in the future).

Ask how they are marketing themselves and what professional organizations the business orindividualss in the business belong to.

Ask what the biggest problem/issue facing the org is now.

Ask what the biggest issue(s) are with you position- Do you have to constantly multi-task? Are you expected to travel with certain upper level execs?

Ask about the organization's hierarchy, get a physical job description if you don't have one already.

Do you have an employment contract?

If it is FT are you offered benefits?

Quelle(n): Worked in offices, schools and restaurants. These questions are applicable to any job. Good luck and get a contract, benefits package and job description in writing.

Ask: 1) if any overtime would be required; 2) what the starting pay would be; 3) any opportunity for advancement; 4) would you be doing a specific office job or general office work; 5) if there is a dress code for work; 6) vacation/sick leave accumulation; 7) paid holidays; 8) if a coworker is out sick or on vacation, how is that work distributed among the other workers; 9) is there a company policy manual/book; and last, but not least 10) are you required to punch a time clock or keep track of your work hours some other way.

I'm uncertain of any online web sites that aid with interviews, however I'm definite there need to be a variety of them Hun. I know the way it think s to be anxious, I went for a task in a male ruled field. I implemented 3 instances for the activity over a few years, best to be became down being a feminine Tut Tut, so I went and received aload extra qualifications within the area. I were doing the activity for plenty extra years than a few of them were born, besides I went for the interview, with this in my brain, that I knew I used to be the great certified and skilled, and in the event that they became me down once more, it used to be on account that I used to be a feminine, so I used to be discovered to take them to courtroom for being sexist, they didnt recognize this surely, but it surely definite did provide me the arrogance to get the activity. I received the activity, however brother operating with a number of sexist Security Officers is one rough activity, I discovered it particularly dressed in so I left after 7 weeks, and now I paintings for myself. All I can say Hun is, dont be anxious, if you already know you're certified and recognize you'll be able to do the activity, then don't forget its them that demands you or they wouldnt be promoting the emptiness. Go get em woman. Take care Suzi xxxx

Ask them about the technology, like what systems they use and how many people are there and if they offer free food... kidding on that last thing. Sell them on how you can benefit them. Ask about how long they have been around, look them up online. Show that you have already done some homework on them. Asking about company functions is also a big plus like say, we used to have company picnic, do you do things like that here. It's a big sell on your part and showing considerable interest in the company will be a huge plus.

    Good luck

I always ask if it's a new job or a replacement for someone who has left/been promoted.

And, what the staff turnover is like.
