Is Jesus working for God.... or for Satan?

The Bible says: “Far be it from the true God to act wickedly, and the Almighty to act unjustly!”—Job 34:10 (NW). Additionally in 1 John 3: 8, the Bible says that Jehovah will use his Son, the Ruler of the Messianic Kingdom, to end all human suffering and to undo its effects. So clearly Jehovah and Jesus do not cause any persecution, misery, or suffering, instead, they want to end any suffering we may experience.

If it is not Jehovah God nor Jesus, then who causes sufferings? as stated in 1 John 5:19 (NW), Satan is the ruler of this world, and the situation of the world reflects its ruler's personality.

It's good to know you are critical about what are written in the Bible.

I think the verses don't actually tell that Jesus will be the one to punish unbelievers. As I've learned, we (we-human beings, sons and daughters of Adam who have sinned) are destined to be 'killed and burned' not by Jesus but by Satan. It's a prophesy thing. We should be like dead 'cuz we're all sinners.

God's Sol'n: Make Jesus a human. When he's a sinless man, then we're saved from being 'burned'. Because the prophesy says a man is a sinner so he'll die in hell. Since Jesus didn't sin, he wouldn't. If we accept him as God and Savior, we'll be saved too!

It's like contradicting the prophesy thingie by sending a God to be a sinless man, ya know.

Satan works for God, so he could be considered Jesus' direct supervisor. However, since Jesus is the son of god, nepotism clearly suggest that Satan may be just working as a subcontractor, taking care of the messy parts of the job.

it is a bit ironic that a man living two thousand years ago could still influence an advanced race now. Sadly, it proves more that as we are an animal, like all other animals, there are superstitions. Superstitions and ideas can cause creation and destruction.

why would you accuse him of working for Satan??? he rebuked Satan in the desert after fasting for 40 days and then again when Peter tried to make him stop talking about his upcoming death!!!! And of course there's been misery and persecution! that's the product of sin. OUR sin! Jesus even warned his believers that they would be persecuted because they followed him and the world hated him therefore hating Jesus' followers! And Jesus is God! he's working for God the Father, but he's alos technically working for himself. Who do YOU think you are to accuse him, the King of Kings, of evil? Of course Jesus died for us "without our permission". Because of our sinful nature, we wouldn't want him anyway so he did it out of love for us because we dont have the goodness to ask him ourselves. He gave us plenty of knowledge that he would die for us..... it's the very first promise made to Adam and Eve that a Savior would take away the eternal punishment and guilt. when Jesus died, he died for everyone who ever lived or ever will live. your sins are fully covered and paid for in full. The only way they dont count now is if you reject what he did for you ("thanks, but no thanks Lord, i'll get to heaven myself"). That's why those who dont believe are headed for hell. They were paid for, but they went and told the cashier to give the "money" back to Jesus cuz they would pay themselves... but they dont have enough "money". i think you need to pick up a Bible and talk to a pastor before your words get you in serious trouble.

who does Jesus think he is? he is the Alpha and the Omega, the Lord God Almighty, the Beginning and the End. the Truth, the Life and the Way. the bible says that he created all things that exist, therefore he can do what he wants to do with them.

the fact that people have fought about him or died because of him has to do with the way people behave toward one another concerning religious matters. we cannot blame the behavior of people on Jesus. we are not robots after all. people kill one another over all sorts of matters, not just religion.

He's not necessarily satanic; he's just mean. He advised people TO hate others in Luke 14:26. He was dirty in John 14:21 "...and I, too, will love them and show myself to them." You know what a guy means when he offers to SHOW himself, right?
