If you live in the U.S., I'd steer clear of the ethnic names. I'm very Irish, so it's not that. Maybe more people than I expect will know how to pronounce Sinead, but Caoimhe is really doubtful. If not, your daughter will have a heck of a time pronouncing and spelling her name to people. It's a pet peeve of mine when parents give names to their children based on their want of a unique name.
Why not use it as a third name? Bridget Allison Sinead, Megan Allison Sinead, Zoe Allison Sinead, etc.
