Gluten Free Cooking experts....help!?

Question

I'm making an apple/ ground almond cake.  It has ground almonds and all purpose flour in the recipe....so is there any ONE gluten free flour I can buy to substitute for the regular white flour?  I've bought GF flours, etc and I don't make enough desserts for my GF daughter, then they all go bad......so What one GF  flour can I sub for white flour mixed with ground almond that would taste good??

Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour.

It's expensive, but as a one-size-fits-all flour, it usually does the trick.  I usually try to make the flour last longer by mixing it 1:1 with corn starch.
