Extra virgin olive oil, huh?
Obviously, virgin olive oil is made from olives that have not been used before but the concept of extra virgin eludes me. How can anything be extra virgin? (Although, it would be nice to have a girlfriend like that.)

Usually made from the first pressing of the olives. Olives are then pressed severaltime with ever increasing pressure, which creates heat, making subsequent "squeezings" less desireable

The oil produced by only physical (mechanical) means is called virgin oil. Extra virgin olive oil is virgin olive oil that satisfies specific high chemical and organoleptic criteria (low free acidity, no or very little organoleptic defects).
