driving under the influence of pot is like driving under the influence of alcohol. You can legally use the substance but you can't drive a car while under the influence. You'd be given a DUI or DWI violation and you'd have serious legal consequences and you might lose your pot card and/or your driver's license.

The medical card only exempts you from state possession laws. If caught driving while under the influence, you can be arrested.
