in my all the drives there're folders named [$RECYCLE.BIN] and [RECYLER] ,are these two virus?

NO, these are not viruses, $RECYCLE.BIN is where all your deleted files end up (recovery). And Recycler is used by programs to delete program files, These aren't viruses!

It surely a virus. As i am an System Admin, i suggest you to Install Eset Nod 32 Latest virus and update it soon. After the update progress scan all your drives.
Surely this problem would be deleted.

Ya they are viruses it's best to get something such as Norton 2011 or 360 they will solve the problems.

its not a virus its just a window file just format ur drive it will deleted or just install it and send it to chest

In my experience , I have learned, that mail is sent from someone we read it! can't put them all in the trash you have to throw them in trash or recalculate bin!
