I know the rules at my apt complex,( Gene Glick ) The managers do not enforce the rules!?
Cars being parked by the curb, children playing in the parking lot, loud music, people congreating in the front of the buildings, they send the newsletters out and remind them and still no one enforces the rules! I wondered how to deal with this! This has been my home for a long time and very community oriented, Written complaints have been filled out and taken to the office! someone is gonna get hurt, got and suggestions!

I have in my apt complex 34 years,because the lease is not being enforced two elderly ladies left because they felt unsafe, they went through the right procedures to let the office here know, no one did anything, I have had a time asking this question, because their are other things I do not understand!
Safety matters and the like, good neighbors are leaving I really do not understand it.
