Here is the deal , installed GTA IV yesterday and when i ran it i found no texture appearing , so i fixed it by that commands and the commandline.txt with like -norestrictions -availablevidmem 10.0 -percentvidmem 100% ( so i get 900 at the resource usage which is the real video card)

The laptop specs is :

intel core i3 cpu M-370 ~2.40 GHz (4Cpus)

Memory (RAM) : 4GB

the Video card is Intel HD graphics 1306 MB

so any idea why im having it slow ? and i even set the graphics settings to the minimum.

Lets say in case the password get changed , is there anyway i can secure it while i know the password ?
