Well... i don't know how much your family can afford in litigation, but a savvy lawyer will find ways of getting that thrown out, unless it is in the rare event that you download them from a "honeypot", a server placed there by RIAA as bait.

In that case, you will get fined.

But if you download it from P2P then they will have to prove that what you were downloading is actually their property, and not zoo porn, or a manual on skydiving that was named that way.

But you may be able to counter sue your provider for allowing outside sources to monitor your private usage.

Can you tell us who was your ISP?

Its possible you will be sued by comedy central for stealing their property (which you did and its documented by your internet service provider). If they choose to pursue prosecution you will pay a very very hefty fine.

There is next to no chance for jail time. If you are a minor it will be your parents who are held liable for the downloads.

"Everyone does it" isn't a valid court defense by the way. People are out there and they are watching. The time of the internet being a all you can eat buffet of stolen media is mostly over (though there are work arounds for clever people).
