Yes, I am. I will be watching the news. Here in the UK we take an interest in what happens in Europe, so the results will be announced. Angela Merkel has done a lot of good for Germany and I think it's possible she will win again, but I'm also hoping the Greens get a good result.

I honestly didn't know about it. I did wonder why Angela Merkel was not very visible during the UN meetings and the G20, or in the discussions regarding Iran. I see Germany having a lot at stake in this game. I'm not familiar with the candidates, but from what I do know (which is very little) I have a favorable impression of Angela Merkel.
