How can I change my university?

Hello, I'm studying International Politics at University of East London. So far the course hasn't really started since it's Freshers Week. But yesterday when I registered for the Modules I got a bit of a shock when I saw it's only 5 other people who do the same course as me, two of whom are in their 60s I suppose. I will obviously give it a go first, but I'm slightly worried about the quality of the course and how to study with. So, is there any chance I can apply to other Unis in London?

east london uni, is an accredited university, they cant really get away with substandard material or teaching methods.

give it a year, see how u get on and next year transfer ur credits to another uni if you think its poor.

Im in UEL and think the materials great, a degrees a degree, doesnt matter who is studying with u

Give the modules a go first - I expect you will find that some people will take your modules as electives so there will be other people on them and they will just be different people in each class. There were certainly people dipping into my media and communications modules from other courses when I was at uni.

Simply transfer your credit hour to another university, or Cancel your admission and grab another university, 
No worries.
