i need a really pretty dress?

i need a dress for my best friends barmitzvah im only 13 so nothing too revealing and nothing over like 100-150 and i like shiny ones and the toulle ones but nothing strapless either so please could you post some links

I think it would be best to actually go to the mall because I really don't know exactly what kinda dress you want and how it will look on you. But if you do go to the mall and find a dress that's too short, you can always wear leggings (sheer ones or even the spandex kind) and maybe a cardigan or if you feel adventurous wear a tank top under. you can try Forever 21, Macys, Jc Penny, and Sears for dresses since your 13
