So my roommate (and good friend) has always had stuff handed to her, and comes from a privledged family. Any little thing she accomplishes, I congratulate her and support her honestly. But anytime I accomplish anything (by putting hard work in) she never congratulates or supports me. Not once has she ever said anything positive, and that doesn't bother me too much; but anything I get or accomplish, she wants the same but better (I'm attending a state college for a graduate program, and she wants to go for her masters after her undergrad but put down state schools as if she's too good for it). And is always talking about how she'd never get her masters at my school.

Furthermore, anytime I get called for an interview, she gets soooo jealous. I can feel her hate, it's annoying since I spend hours looking and applying for these jobs. How can I overcome her jealously? Or at least call her out?

I have no idea on how to set this up and do this. What I have been doing (and it's wrong) is I take the 80k+20K and use it as the cost of the project (in a financial calc. -100K as CF0) and then put 40K (110K-70K) as the CF's for 4 years. Can someone explain how to do this correctly?

So I'm attending a CSU (california state university) for my MBA. It's my first quarter and it has evening classes (I'm a full time student btw). Any ways, I really don't like the school and class. The school is located in the bay area and the weather is cold and rainy and all the students are either old (35+) OR foreign exchange students from China (I'm not racist, but they just form their own groups and I feel left out during class times). I have the opportunity to attend Hawaii Pacific University for the same program. I don't know what to do. Should I suck it up and continue my education here OR go to HPU. I'm scared that if I go to HPU, I won't get the same job opportunities as I would at this school. Does reputation really matter that much? Or is a MBA a MBA, no matter where you get it from.

Side note: I have NO managerial work experience and I can only work on campus because I'm an international student...

I need help calculating multiple cash flows. The problem gives me amounts for 3 years (yr0= 100; yr1= $600; yr2=$300; yr3=$250) 9% annual interest over a 3 year time period. I understand that you have to press the CF button on the calculator and I know how to add in the amounts, I just don't know what to do after entering in the amounts. Please HELP!!

So I purchased health insurance from Wells Fargo, but it's underwritten by Anthem Blue Cross. So if I have to fill out any form for school, do I write Wells Fargo or Blue Cross as my insurance provider???

I am a Canadian student and I studied in the US on a F1 visa. After my bachelors degree, I applied for a I 765 (OPT) about 3 months ago. But now I got accepted into a master's program and I want to know how I change my status back to F1...Would I need to file another SEVIS?

I weigh 141 lbs and I'm trying to go down to 125 lbs. I go to the gym 6 days a week and I try to do at least 25 - 30 minutes on the elliptical or cardio (I burn around...I want to say at least 300 calories) and then I take a 50 minute cardio sculpt class. I also try to eat healthier (no junk food, no soda) but I do eat bread, something I can't give up..lol. What else can I do and not eat to lose weight? and any other tips???

So I recently bought MAC's select spf 15 foundation and I think it's breaking me out ( I do have oily/acne prone skin, but my acne has been under control lately, and after using this product for about a week, I am noticing I'm having a lot of breakouts). I LOVE how this foundation matches my skin ( I wear a NC 32) and it just looks sooo natural and is like the best color foundation I have ever tried. Thing is, the pimples are not hot and I found online that people say that Revlon's colorstay foundation is good and doesn't break them out, but I need help matching a color (I'm bad at matching it myself that's why I opt for dpt store foundations). If anyone has used Revlon's colorstay and MAC, plzzz try to find the right color, or tell me what is a good foundation for oily/acne prone skin.

Most of my acne cleared up by using diff products but I have had acne scars for YEARS now. Some of them are reddish and nasty but I have a few that are indented into my skin and a lot of them that are just bumpy. I want my skin to look nice and feel nice without makeup (even when I wear makeup- it doesn't look as smooth as I want it to). I really don't know what to do. I told my mom that I want a chemical peel or microdermabrasion but she's paranoid and thinks its going to ruin my face (like it's not ruined now.smh). Maybe she wants me to be ugly for the rest of my life, maybe god intended me to have this kind of ugly *** skin :|
