Is Obama doing any good for the US yet?

He is correcting the United States' world wide image problem.

I would consider it a blessing that a Republican wasn't in command during Iran's recent election meltdown. If a Republican was in charge, we'd already be involved in another war with yet another country Americans know very little about.

He is trying to right a lot of wrongs, but it is not a one person job. As anybody can tell, he has opposition from the Republicans. This is a losing situation for anybody which doesn't hold stock in whatever secret agenda they are protecting, which is over 99% of us.

Well. Depends on what kind of good. I know he's doing good with increasing our reputation with Europe. We lost alot of face worldwide with the Bush administration.
