Are there any vehicles for non-combat purpose used with the U.S. Forces manufactured by foreign companies?
In the German Bundeswehr there are vehicles provided by a government-held company to use them for "civilian" transport for the Forces. Silver, white or black painted and partly of French origin.

There are "military sedans"; 15 passenger vans; buses; short buses and maybe others, but I don't think I've seen any that were non-US vehicles.

Yes. A lot of German and Japanese vehicles are used for both combat and noncombat tasks. Israel also provides vehicles and weapons for US-backed guerrillas. Also, the two current guns running to replace the M16A2 are the FN SCAR (Belgium) and an Heckler and Koch (Germany) model, whose name I forgot. Globalization reaches its height in the military.

US auto manufacturers use parts made in Canada and Mexico. I imagine any going to the military also have those foreign parts.
