I like Monster the most. But others that I like are Amp, Red Bull, Raw, etc..

Water natures true energy drink is number one , followed closely by freshly squeezed fruit juice and number three bottled juice from concentrate.
Sorry those "energy drinks like rock starr and red bull gives me the jitters.

I dnt like any of those, all those drinks are packed with sugar and the ones that say they are sugar free are jsut packed wiht chemicals taht shouldnt even be in your body.

I think that the bets way to get energy and get the vitamins and such..is to eat fruits..or vegetables...the energy drinks just slow you down after the full throttle energy that it gives you, plus it is no use to give your heart something unhealthy like that. :]

I like NOS or Venom the best...They never fail to give me that extra push during my day.
