Help with killing a vampire!?

Well, the best vampire killing I ever saw involved someone being tossed out a window.

SCENE: Board room on an upper floor of a law firm, where an evil vampire sits at the head of a table during a business meeting. He is explaining to Angel, the defender of goodness and morality, how to get what he wants in LA.

VAMPIRE: I fly under the radar, I don't get in anyone's way, I can do whatever I want?

ANGEL (putting foot on edge of chair): Can you fly?

(Kicks chair, which rolls into the window and shatters it. As the vamp falls multiple stories to the ground, the sunlight catches him on fire and dusts him.)

Hmm. This is a conundrum. Because there are only like...3 ways I've heard of killing a vampire (the whole Anne Rice thing, getting dismembered and burned like in Twilight and then the Blue Bloods thing where they get their all their blood sucked out by a fellow vamp). You might want to look into vampires in general to see if you find anything from the past or something that'll help.

well from movies i watched and such, there's the classic steak their heart move, classic but effective, or ripping them apart and burning them.

but the whole window thing would take from the invincibility factor that mystical creatures essentially have, so you'd want to do something, more drastic, that a human or something couldn't withstand, and from other things, vampires seem to be looked upon as one of the strongest mythical creatures, so you'd want it to seem harsh in all possible ways.

also since another vampire is doing it you can go way outside the box here, since essentially they're both strong and what not.

but this all depends on how you look upon the vampires and how they are written in your story. but it's best, when writing, to come up with your own whole story, because it will all fit, and it will have the essence of the author in every word in the story.

i mean i don't know if you're planning to like... i don't know. it all depends on the rest of the books, and if your vampires are classic, modern, original, and what not.

WRONG!!! Vampires can go out into the sunlight, they dont die they sparkle. Garlic, yah no. And silver??nope. All mis beliefs. To kill another vampire you have to burn all the peices up. In the movie they rip James head off then throw him into a big fire and let him burn..hahaha. And if you read the book , you would know all of this. GEt reading!!!

There is a meat hook which impales the vampire through the back and whil he is wrything to get the hook out, the other vampire shoves him througha chipper shredder then the pile is shoveled into sun light

Ok so the offspring vampire lures her target into drinking blood that's

been laced with holy water. That's the best I can come up with off the

top of my head.

hm...how about after she pushes him out the window, have her stab him all over with the shards of glass from the broken window. So the only way is to completely drain him of blood until the last drop, so as he's lying on the ground bleeding, she is sucking his blood at the same time...

you don't have to use this. I just enjoy brainstorming for stories.

How about you and the bad vampire is fighting, you have a stake in your hand ando your doing all these flips and **** and the good vampire comes by and gets in with the fighting. and the bad vampire is about to bite you and you did a front flip over the bad vampire and and the good vampire comes by and stabs the bad vampire with a stake.

Take your Vampire to Hawaii and see that he takes a nice, soothing dip in a lava flow. It does the job quite well and should even keep your hands clean....

She stabs him with a silver stake in the back and then lights a machete on fire and cuts his arms off. She then cuts his head off with the machete and throws his body into a furnace.
