It's me again, sorry to disturb/bother you. I need your help because I'd like to rent the room of a guy who participated in the Erasmus programme at your University last year. I read his advertisement in Pinnwande and sent him an email. His ad is the following:..

He asked me to pay a deposit as security for the rent. I have no problem in sending him money in advance, but I'd like to know how can he give me a guarantee. Can you give me advice?
