Where can I get GOV help?

I live in Michigan. I'm at the end of my rope with these so called paid surveys. I'm looking for help from the GOV. I'm a stay ay home mom looking for work, but as we all know there isn't much out there. Well nothing I can do so far. I've been filling out application after application, but no one is hiring or I don't meet there requirements.

So to make a long sob story short . . .(lol). . .

How do I contact the GOV to get financial help?
