Do you know a divorce law in the army?

The law is no different from Civil Law. In fact you can even get Legal Aid or Advice from the Military Legal Services. Try it and see. Come back to me if you get a problem.

If you are in the Army, then I would speak to the Legal Office on the post nearest you. If you are the one that has been cheated on and have absolute proof that the person has cheated, adultry is against the UCMJ (Univeral Code of Military Justice), but you will need absolute proof that the person commited adultry.

If you need a divorce, they cannot help you because as stated in somebodies else's post, they can not file for a divorce for you, unless you are overseas then they may be able to.

Either way, see the legal office on the post/base that is nearest you.

Surely then u know or have an idea if hes cheated and its up to him to own up to it. If proven then it goes through the same way as in a normal divorce court.

Problem is what will happen to you if you do get a divorce based on infidelity? Where will u live if not in married quarters?

In most countries divorce is a civil matter whether or not one or both partners are in the forces.

In the UK there is no longer the concept that one partner is at fault; all that is necessary is to prove that the marriage has irretrievably broken down. Of course adultery could be a contributing factor to an irretrievable brake down of a marriage

Divorce law is done through the state and has nothing to do with the military system of justice.

They do not try you in military courts for civil offenses, this is the jurisdiction of state courts.Military court is only for military offenses.

Oh.... yes.... if your army husband/wife cheats on you, I believe they are hung at dawn by the Army.
