my son wants to know for his class project work

when bank goes for auction of a property whether it needs any permission from court . what all legal issues it has observe, can it auction a property with litigation

once th judgement read out in court how much time judge can take to make ready the certified copy

because even after one month of having read the judgement they are not giving certified copy (civil caes)

Complete biosphere is under control by a administrator who manages things & interferes as and when needed, gives advantages characters & also removes some advantages & also disadvantages characters to balance the show, example :- look at our primates who have good ears better then us good nose better than us, but we humans have good intelligences with lesser ear & nose. I was wondering why are these lost when they don't have any disadvantage, if they were acquired only through evolution & lost by only evolution. I think there is no good reason for them to be lost, I suppose with better ears & nose we could have been better hunters along with good inelegance, Is this is planned event to limits the dominance of any species. Probably one can get many example like this in biosphere.

I read that size of Y chromosome has reduced because it did not have partner at all. but X chromosome has not reduced, they say that it is because, it has partner in female sex to recombine.

If Chromosome don't get partner to recombine than there is tendency to delete genes which may be harmful produced by mutation. which intern will reduce the size of chromosome is the logic.

Now if X chromosome gets only 50% chances to recombine then I think size of X chromosome should also reduce to a size in between Y and its initial size in reptiles This is my guess. Please comment.

Why Big Bang has not repeated ?

If causeless big bang was true then. I was wondering when our age of our universe is more than 13 billion years & our observable universe is it self very huge, going by concept of quantum fluctuation & ?infinite attempts of failed big bang as it needs fine tuning to form atoms & galaxies and so on. If an single particle is more then we will end up with, I think collapse. if one single particle more then it will not able to form our matter.

Now with this back ground, with in observable universe & in our 4 dimension, it should be possible to have multiple big bang at least with single or multiple particle less so that it may lead to non-formation of atoms & galaxies but only give raise to radiation.

If one says such an events have occurred then what about back ground radiation which is very smooth, I think with multiple big bangs we should get interference pattern of background radiation.

Problem to multiple big bang is it because of supersymetry? I don't know

This is the thought I got, I am interested get expert opinion in this connection.

It is manifestation of our pchycology. As a physical quantity there is no difference.Both are different possibilties of arrangemnt of units

Example:- Drop a glass it breaks to small pieces, even broken pieces, may look like some from of design for some people. So order & disorder not necessarily different states. It is how we look at it & how much benfit they give us

Now Look at Super nova to be a disorder & formation of planets & next genaration star from supernova to be order. we all know that supernova & formation of planets is frequent phenomena. Now if order & disorder are physcical quantities than genaraly order does not come from disorder it more often incerases with time. How is this ?

So I think order & disorder or not physical quantites which can be calculated. there are our perceptions depending on how we look at them

I would postulate that it is possible to have a vestigial organ [ananatomical structure in organisms in a species, thought to have lost its original function through evolution] without the process of evolution. Let me illustrate this idea using an analogy drawn from popular computer software.

Assuming, I have a reasonable amount of storage space on my computer hard disk, if I first create an unformatted document using Microsoft(MS) Word, and then a second MS Word document that I format very rigorously, I do so because I consider MS Word software to be the best option for my purposes, as opposed to using, say, the less sophisticated Notepad software, where little formatting of documentsis possible.

Now, if you argue that there is a vestigial structure to the first MSWord document (the capacity - in this case, unused - for formatting)and that this only became functional in the second document,ultimately concluding that the first document evolved from the second document, you would be incorrect, since I am the creator of both documents.

Similarly, I would argue that vestigial organs do not necessarily confirm evolution; they only point to what tools - improvable overtime - the creator used while making the species. This same principle is seen even in electronic gadgets today.

Most probably, such an explanation did not occur to Darwin given that, in his time, there were no common tools to carry out varied, complex,seemingly disconnected jobs. So he concluded that unless a creator planned to mislead us, vestigial organs should not have existed

It is tendency of creators of to make some useful common tools, which can be used to carry out multiple jobs (or to make machines). so by virtue of this comman tools (if tools get fitted into machines), vestigenesity will come up.

Vestigial organs can be classified in to verticle & tranverse ones

Verticle ones are like appendix which are inherited from ancestor to next species

Tranverse one are in which one sex has fuctional capacity & in opposite sex it is vestigineous

Example

Vertiginous Male breast can be better explained tools of intelligent design than Darwin evolution now look at male nipple which are functional in female. Male & female have come much before mammals, so presence of male nipple in mammals can be explained by theory of tools of intelligent design better than Darwin evolution.

Probably this did not come to mind of Darwin as in those days in every day life as there were no comman tools to do differnt jobs which are apperantly disconnected. So he said unless creator had plan to mislead us there should not be any vestigial organ

If quantum fluctuations can lead to whole of universe’s matter & energy & why this is not repeating with age of universe being at least 12billion years

To me it appears that there is enough possibility for big bang to repeat or should have already repeated plenty number of times in span of 12billion years with in limits of uncertainty principle in what ever scale like smaller bang, tiny bang etc

If it has already repeated then we should get interference pattern for cosmic radiation but there are pretty smother.

12 billion years back big occured. then unverse size was very small but expansion rate was deffinattly less then speed of light then how the radiation that we are reciveing now are reaching us now . because they should have crossed us by now should be out side the universe pretty for away ( hint:- Can anthing go out of universe).
