PC Build Won t Turn On After Hearing Sound HELP?
So I m building a new pc and it started up fine, but when I unplugged everything to do cable management it turned on then I heard a fan grinding sound and turned it off quick. Now it won t turn back on and the motherboard fan spins for half a second then will stop, nothing is working. HELP
