there are potential incompatibilities - you need B8 version of the BIOS or later and you may need an earlier CPU to flash the BIOS , here is a link to the CPU support list

If you decide to get it get an assurance from the supplier that the motherboard has the latest BIOS or you can return it if it doesn't recognise the CPU out of the box (and can't flash it)
