A local gun store was checking voter registration cards at the door yesterday and was denying sales to democrats, limiting independents and no limit sales to republicans.

  (They were completely out of 9mm)

I am an atheist and just joined The Satanic Temple. Not because I believe there is a satan or god but because it is a group that believes in our rights as free citizens of The United States. They fight for our 1st amendment rights to be recognized and I feel they have the best morals of any religion out there. They are accepting and never violent or hateful to people of other religions. I like what they stand for.

I say that they must have thought about it and found the things that made them not want to. Even if they say they hate you for saying that, I say, "Well I hope it is a long and healthy hate."

We were out shooting on public land. Everything legal by all means. When we were leaving the shooting range, 2 deputy sheriffs blocked the road and had us get out of the vehicle and said they were going to check out our weapons and run the serial numbers to make sure they were not stolen. I protested and asked what was his reason for thinking that they were stolen and he told me it did not matter and that "this is happening if you like it or not."

Everything checked out and he let us go, but it seems like a violation. We did manage to record the whole incident and we are thinking about taking legal action.

I returned my Eotech Holosite for a refund due to the class action suit. They sent me a notice that my scope had been recieved but I have not seen my refund as of yet. So has anyone else gotten theirs and how long did it take after they notified you of receiving it?

When signing up for things like Internet one must agree to their term of usage in a sort of contract. However in those contract there is always something like (any and/or all of which may be updated at any time and from time to time in DI*H’s sole discretion) or "DI*H may enforce or decline to enforce any or all of the terms of this Agreement in its sole discretion."

They all say they can change the agreement at any time without notice. I bet your employee handbook even says the same thing in there somewhere.

Is it a way of forcing you to give up your rights ability to protect yourself and allowing them to do as they please?
