Please would someone tell me how to change my avatar on here to a picture ?

I've been trying to do it for ages

and it's just not happening.

I'm doing it on my mobile phone by the way, not on a computer (don't know if that makes any difference or not ?).

Please give me any good advice you can for this, as it's driving me nuts!

I know its a trivial question but for a veggie leaning towards going vegan - it's one that needs to be answered !

I can't just make my own as I only have a microwave. Not great I know, but it's all I've got and will have to make do for the time being. Also I don't want suggestions to buy them online, as I'm on a very tight budget and don't need the extra costs of

p+p etc. So I need to be able to buy them in a supermarket or a bakers shop ( in the Uk please ). Thanks. x

I know one of the best sources is dried seaweed, and bought some called nori flakes. I thought they'd taste awful but I quite like them sprinkled on anything savoury.Problem is I have no idea how much of this or any other seaweed product I should have or how often, as Phil answered yesterday - both too little or too much can be really bad. Also a lot of you told me to eat salt, but doctor told me I have borderline high blood pressure, so to avoid salt.Thanks for all your answers yesterday but if any of you could advise me further now you know my full question, I'd much appreciate it.Thanks.x

(By the way to Emma who answered not to go vegan because it was suicide -this is a bit of a ridiculous statement unless you're a least going to say why) !?
