Im from the philippines where the weather is always hot..My first year here in the US is fine and now Im developing allergy such as snezzing,itchy eye,etc and the worse thing I couldn't take it my skin itches alot and I get rashes almost every week since winter..when my old rashes will turn into scar another rashes will come...i'VE BEEN TO DR.
