Yesterday, Biden said “no amendment to the Constitution is absolute." Does that include the 13th Amendment? Or is slavery back on the table?

So, censorship is OK - 1st Amendment.

Guns need to be confiscated - 2nd Amendment.

Entering homes without a warrant should be allowed - 4th Amendment.

At some point, even the most hardened Democrat will realise that the current administration is after the Constitution - one amendment at a time.

With the correct number of states and votes everything in the Constitution could be changed.  Some have already been changed.

He isn't wrong, but carry on as if he is coming for your guns.  Nobody is going to reinstate slavery. 

Amendments can be repealed or further amended. Also amendments are as expansive or restrictive depending on thier language.

So obviously no amendment is absolute unless the language says it is. And if the language does say it is modern tech can change that 100 years down the road.

The 3rd amendment is absolute. Everything else is negotiable.

Biden is becoming more of a leftist, now that he is in authority. He seems to think his take on American law is all that matters. His party are Marxists with little respect for our bill of rights.
