It means nothing. The North Node is not part of your personality, since it is not an actual body in space. It merely indicates the directions you can take that lead to personal growth, while the South Node indicates coping skills you have already developed.

A conjunction of the current North Node also means an opposition from the current South Node. Triggering your planets, it means nothing.

As for transits in general, they only affect how YOU are reacting internally. They do not control external events and do not even control YOUR internal reactions. They only influence you for a while.

Of course, if you are feeling careless and not paying attention to detail, this might result in an accident of some sort. What goes on INSIDE of us, and what we allow to go on inside of us, can affect what happens in our life. To some extent.

But there is no "good" or "bad" .. there is only us working with ourselves skillfully or not working with ourselves skillfully. And that is always open to our own conscious control.
